The Flag Football Coaches Association was created to support the coaches driving the growth of one of the fastest-rising sports in the world.

FFCA exists to unite flag football coaches through education, collaboration, and shared learning. As the sport expands across youth, high school, college, and international play, coaches need a place to connect, exchange ideas, and access practical resources that help them build better teams and stronger programs.

The association is focused on developing a growing library of coaching materials, encouraging meaningful collaboration, and creating future opportunities for in-person learning and clinics. From offensive and defensive schemes to drill work, technique, and program development, FFCA aims to serve coaches across every level and format of the game.

Led by Phoebe Schecter, Rob Currin, and Keith Grabowski, FFCA brings together experience from competition, coaching, education, and coach development to help elevate the standard of flag football worldwide.
